Bank on INT Internship Program
Edinburg is building the next generation of banking professionals right here at home. The Bank on INT Internship Program is a structured, 10-week summer internship that places University of Texas Rio Grande Valley students directly inside local financial institutions, giving them paid, hands-on experience across multiple banking departments. Developed in partnership with the UTRGV Career Center and local banks, Bank on INT is a proven talent pipeline that benefits students, employers, and the Edinburg community.

Professional Education and Workforce Development department offers multiple programs to prepare talent for the workforce. Their innovative program shifts in response to emerging community needs, ensuring that residents are being prepared for opportunities in growing industries.
